Jazmine is a Philadelphia native was born and raised there. Pam her mom is a former back-up singer at Philadelphia International Records. When she was five years old, young, her father got job as curator at The city's Historic Strawberry Mansion in the Strawberry Mansion section, and her family moved into the historical landmark. In 2005 she graduated from Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts with majoring in vocal music. Sullivan began her singing career as a contralto children's choir, then after a couple of years, she joined the adult group. One of them is "Backstabbers" of Timbaland and Timbaland, which Elliott wrote, is a one of the highlights of their collaboration.
